Return & Replacement Policy

At Shinedior, we strive to provide high-quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy.

Returns
1. Eligibility:
Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
The jewellry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Returns will not be accepted for customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process:

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will offer a replacement for the same item or an item of equal value based on availability.

Replacements
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the replacement.
2. A new item will be shipped to you within 5 business days after the return is approved.
3. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative item of equal value.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
