At Shinedior, we strive to provide high-quality jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and replacement policy.
Returns
1. Eligibility:
• Items must be returned within 3 days of delivery.
• The jewellry must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
• Returns will not be accepted for customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
2. Return Process:

• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
• We will offer a replacement for the same item or an item of equal value based on availability.
Replacements
1. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process the replacement.
2. A new item will be shipped to you within 5 business days after the return is approved.
3. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative item of equal value.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items
• Customised jewellry
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
• Items that are returned without original packaging
