• We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

• We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to screen settings or handmade craftsmanship.

• All prices are listed in PKR and are subject to change without prior notice.

• Discounts, promotions, and offers may have specific terms and expiration dates.

• Orders are processed once full payment is received (except for Cash on Delivery orders).

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.

• We do not offer refunds, only replacements for eligible items.

• Our jewellery is designed for occasional wear. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and chemicals to maintain its quality.

• We are not responsible for damage due to misuse or improper care.

• All content on this website, including images, logos, product descriptions, and designs, is owned by shinedior and cannot be copied or used without permission.

• We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or damages caused by misuse of our products.

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
