At shinedior, we strive to deliver your jewellery in a timely and secure manner. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to All over Pakistan 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During high-demand periods (sales, festivals, etc.), processing time may be extended.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Estimated delivery time varies by location:

Local Orders: 3-5 business days

Delivery times may be affected by weather or courier delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

We may offer free shipping 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.

Customers can track their orders using the provided tracking link.

6. Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues

Customers must provide accurate shipping details at checkout.

We are not responsible for lost shipments due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the courier service first before reaching out to us.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available only for eligible locations.

Customers must pay the full amount in cash before receiving the package.

Refusing to accept a COD order without a valid reason may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.

8. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days with order details and photos.

We will coordinate with the courier service to resolve the issue.
